Terms of service

Last updated: June 2026

These are the plain terms of using Indiespring. No traps, no lock-in. By creating an account you agree to what's below.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials safe. You'll give accurate information when you sign up, and you'll use Indiespring for your own genuine practice.

Acceptable use

Use Indiespring lawfully and kindly. Don't use it to deceive, harm, or break the law, and don't attempt to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payments & fees

Indiespring is software, billed at a flat monthly (or annual) subscription. We take 0% of your revenue. Card processing happens through your own merchant account with our payments partner, under that partner's terms; their processing rates and identity-verification requirements apply to your account. Like any processor, they can hold funds in certain circumstances.

Cancellation

There's no contract and no lock-in. You can cancel any time from your account; your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You can export your data before you go.

Features & availability

We describe features as they ship. Anything marked "coming soon" is on our roadmap but not guaranteed by a particular date, and shouldn't be relied upon until it's live. We aim for high availability but can't promise the service is uninterrupted.

Liability

Indiespring is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll let you know and post the new version here with its date. Continuing to use Indiespring after that means you accept the update.
