Caring for your clients' trust means caring for their data. We collect as little as we can, explain it plainly, and never sell it. This is the calm version; if anything here is unclear, just ask.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email and the details you choose to add to your practice — services, hours, and the content of your site. When your clients book or pay, we process the information needed to complete that booking. We don't ask for more than the work requires.
How we use it
We use your information to run your site and booking, send transactional messages like confirmations and reminders, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Cookies & analytics
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the service working, plus privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand what's useful. No third-party advertising trackers, and no selling of behavioural data. You can manage non-essential cookies at any time.
Payments & your clients’ card data
Payments run through your own dedicated merchant account, set up with our payments partner. Sensitive card details are handled by that PCI-compliant partner — Indiespring never stores full card numbers. Your partner performs identity verification as part of opening and maintaining your account.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Indiespring — such as our payments and email partners — and only as much as they need. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Email us and a real person will help — promptly, and without making you jump through hoops.
Keeping & protecting data
We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it. We protect it with encryption in transit and sensible safeguards at rest.
Questions about your privacy?
We're glad to explain anything here in plain language.
